About Emma
Emma Wollitz serves as Director of Operations for The Grady Group, supporting the team with strategic coordination, marketing execution, and transaction management. With two years at The Grady Group and prior experience in sales and property management, Emma plays a key role in ensuring clients are supported from contract to close.
Born and raised in West Los Angeles, Emma brings deep local knowledge and strong community ties to her work. She attended Tulane University, earning a degree in Communications, a foundation that strengthens her ability to approach each transaction with structure, creativity, and critical thinking.
In her role, Emma supports listing marketing, offer processing, escrow coordination, database management, open houses, vendor coordination, and showings. She helps streamline operations behind the scenes so the team can deliver a seamless and responsive experience for clients.
Outside of real estate, Emma enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time at the beach, hiking, and being with family.
